The Goldberg Variations

(Feature Film - In Production)

Synopsis

A down-on-his-luck composer living in desperation in hip Williamsburg, Brooklyn serendipitously runs into his new next door neighbor. She's Saori, a performance artist from Japan, who instantly becomes his new muse and ignites his creativity. Inspired by those pristine MGM musicals of yesteryear, this semi-autobiographical Singin' in the Rain for a 21st century audience replaces colorful old Hollywood soundstages with a gloriously realized digital environment in which a Felliniesque cast of characters laugh and cry, love and hate, and sing and dance in a creative free-for-all across the screen and indelibly into your imagination.
