GUIDELINES
Ovie Entertainment welcomes the opportunity to broaden our community of emerging and established talent. Interested writers, directors, photographers, animators, designers, and composers from around the world may submit their scripts, reels, portfolios, recordings, finished films, and CD/DVD-Roms to Ovie, BUT ONLY after reading our guidelines below:
All artists must submit an Ovie Entertainment Submission Agreement form (either the "Writer's Submission Agreement Form" or the "Submission Agreement Form") along with your original material.
Fill out the appropriate form, available in PDF format below, and mail that signed form with your submission to:

Please send only copies, NO ORIGINALS.

REGARDING SCREENPLAYS
Ovie Entertainment is always looking for screenplays that promise to fulfill our filmmaking vision, and we welcome submissions that you feel share our goals of diverse, high-quality, independent feature films based on intelligent, controversial, and cutting-edge scripts that evidence mastery of structure, causality, and character. We are not generally looking for scripts that are period pieces or require extensive special effects.
A synopsis must accompany all script submissions. Scripts and treatments should be pre-registered with the WGA or with the Copyright Office, please. We're not interested in ripping you off, nor are we looking to become defendants in lawsuits. By protecting yourselves, you'll be protecting Ovie as well.

Please include a cover letter identifying the work being submitted, as well as pertinent information regarding the submission. Also include a bio and/or resume. For example, if you are submitting a finished film, please identify whether it has screened at festivals, any awards garnered, where it has been distributed, etc.
